Users agree to ensure that sufficient funds are available on their selected payment method to cover all applicable rental fees, penalties, or other charges arising from the use of Powrloop Devices.
3. Rental Process
3.1 Start of Rental Period
The rental period begins as soon as a User unlocks a Device from a Powrloop station.
3.2 Pre-Use Inspection
Users are responsible for inspecting the Device for any visible defects or damage before use. Any issues must be reported immediately to a Partner or via info@powrloop.com to avoid being held liable.
3.3 Device Compatibility
Powrloop Devices are compatible with most smartphones and small electronic devices. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compatibility with their own device.
3.4 Return Confirmation
Always ensure that the station confirms a successful return of the Device. If confirmation is not visible or the process is unclear, contact Powrloop Support immediately to avoid charges.
3.5 Device & Station Availability
Powrloop does not guarantee the availability of Devices or free return slots at any given station. In case a station is empty (or full upon return), check the live map on powrloop.com for alternative nearby locations.
4. Rental Duration & Fees
4.1 Transparent Pricing
Hourly rates are clearly displayed on each Powrloop station prior to initiating a rental.
4.2 Maximum Rental Period
The maximum rental period is 72 hours. If the Device is not returned within this timeframe, it will be considered purchased, and your deposit will be withheld as a replacement fee.
4.3 Loss or Theft
In the event your Device is stolen, you must notify Powrloop Support within 24 hours following the end of the maximum rental period and provide a formal police report.
4.4 User Responsibility for Timely Return

You are solely responsible for the Device while it is in your possession. This includes any loss, theft, or damage during the rental period.
4.6 Free Cancellation Window
You may return the Device free of charge within the first 5 minutes of rental. After this grace period, standard fees apply.
4.7 Reporting Defects
If you notice a defect before or during use, please report it immediately to a Powrloop Partner at the station or contact Powrloop Support.
5. Payments & Authorization
5.1 Payment Processing
All payments for Device rentals are securely processed through our payment partner, Stripe. By initiating a rental, you authorize Powrloop to place a temporary pre-authorization hold on your selected payment method.
5.2 Final Charges
The final charge will be calculated based on the applicable hourly rate and rental duration, and will be applied upon the return of the Device.
