You’ll always be charged based on how long you use the powerbank, with a daily cap, so you’ll never pay more than €7.50 per day.​​​

A €25 deposit is charged when renting. Return your powerbank and your deposit comes right back.

Deposit

When you start renting a powerbank at one of our stations, a €25 deposit is temporarily charged. This ensures that there are sufficient funds available to cover your rental.

Once you return the powerbank, the exact rental cost will appear on the station’s screen. This amount will be deducted from your deposit, and the remaining balance is automatically refunded to your bank account.

Depending on your bank, it may take a few hours to a few days for the adjustment to appear on your statement, this is completely normal.

Max rental period exeeded

At Powrloop, we’re working towards a more sustainable and shared society, one where access is more important than ownership.
 
By returning your powerbank on time, you help keep the system fair and available for everyone. It ensures that powerbanks keep moving through the network and are ready for the next person who needs one.
 
This is why if you exceed the maximum rental period of 3 days, your deposit of €25 will no longer be refunded.
 
Timely returns help us keep the network running smoothly, and accessible to as many people as possible.
